Chiropractic Services in Conway, Arkansas

Frequently Asked Questions

Our patients have reported improvement of many concerns! The most common are back pain, neck pain, headaches and migraines, sciatica, and pain in the shoulders, elbows, knees, ankles or wrists. Our patients have even seen improvement in vertigo, digestion, ear infections, sleep, and pregnancy-related discomfort. Babies and children benefit as well from chiropractic adjustments!
We are in-network with the following insurance companies: Blue Cross Blue Shield and their branches (such as Health Advantage and Anthem), Ambetter, ARHome policies, Aetna, Medicaid, Medicare, Humana, and Qualchoice. We are out-of-network with United Health Care, UMR, and Cigna. We are happy to bill out-of-network for these policies, or we have a great discount program for patients who prefer to self-pay.
We will always do our best to let you know how much you can expect to pay before your first visit. Our benefits specialist will research your insurance benefits and let you know your options. We work very hard to get the closest estimate possible from your insurance company before your visit, although it is not a guarantee and we are bound by contract to charge based on how your insurance processes your claim. Our benefits specialist can also review with you self-pay options, which include a discount membership program called ChiroHealthUSA. Call or text us, and we can help you!
We would love to help you feel better as soon as possible. Because we will be scheduling time for a thorough discussion and exam to create the best care plan for you, we may not have availability today. The best way that we can help you is to get you on the schedule for our next available appointment so we can begin the process of gathering your insurance information and completing intake forms. Please let us know if you would like to be put on a waiting list to come in sooner than your scheduled visit, and we would be happy to help!
When you arrive at our office, we will review the intake forms that you will fill out before your appointment. You will then meet with your doctor, who will listen and ask questions to better understand your goals. Your doctor will do an orthopedic exam to find the root cause of the problem, and make you a care plan to help you get feeling better! In most cases, you will also be able to begin your care plan and receive your first adjustment during your first visit as well!
