I have not been very good at drinking enough water on a daily basis. I have challanged myself since the theme this month is Water and I have started bringing a 1/2 gal water pitcher to work with me everyday. I have tried making flavored water and It has helped alot. Since Jr high school I have been drinking half my body weight in water due to sports. It has helped me feel better and allowed me to stay active in sports even now after high school and college. I can tell a difference if I do not drink plenty of water during the day, I feel slugish and bloated. Drinking as much water as I do helps my PCOS as well.
