I have not been very good at drinking enough water on a daily basis. I have challanged myself since the theme this month is Water and I have started bringing a 1/2 gal water pitcher to work with me everyday. I have tried making flavored water and It has helped alot. I’ve been doing lemon water this week, and next week Im going to do Apple/Cinnamon. My goal is to work my way up to half my body weight in ounces daily.
