In essence, the body needs water to function properly. The lack of drinking an appropriate amount of water leads to dehydration. Even the slightest dehydration will not allow the body to carry out its normal functions. Dehydration causes the body to feel tired and exhausted. Instead of drinking carbonated drinks or sweet tea at meals, try drinking a glass of water. Also between meals, drink a glass of water with a snack. Developing this habit will have you feeling more alive and energized.
